AGROFOOD ScaleUp: Accelerating agri-food innovation in Europe

This week we have started our AGROFOOD Scale Up training itinerary. Seven startups (Bread Free, Jauriet, Pyroistech | Experts in optoelectronic solutions, Genbioma, Ingredalia S.L., Cichorium, Fruit & Food Products) have been selected for this support programme.
They will work on their negotiation and fundraising process, adapted to their level of development and financing needs.
These startups are mentored by six companies (CNTA, CAVIAR PIRINEA S.L.U, Ait, PENTABIOL, Abedul Productos Farmacéuticos, ZITROMAC Soluciones Cítricas), which also receive expert training in diversification strategies and the procedures involved in investing in innovative startups, which will allow them to explore and adopt new management approaches.
With some of these companies we will also be at FOOD 4 FUTURE - EXPO FOODTECH next week in Bilbao at Stand 1C333. AGROFOOD ScaleUp is part in this fourth edition of a pilot programme in the framework of the European project Food-scalEUp, in which Cein participates together with 10 organisations covering 11 European regions in 5 countries.
A project whose purpose is to build the capacity of European regional ecosystems of agri-food digital innovation.
