These are the 15 beneficiary startups of the VI Edition of BFFood

Exciting News! The Business Factory Food has just revealed the 15 selected projects that will make up the VI Edition, and Food-scalEUp is ready to empower them with enhanced services and additional activities!
Among the 15 projects, a diverse range of topics is covered, from agricultural services, developing products from the upcycling of food industry by-products and sustainable packaging to AI-driven predictions, digitalization and innovative agrifood solutions.
Proudly mentored by key players in the Galician food industry, these projects will benefit from the support and guidance of Galicia Food Cluster's partner companies: Casa Montepío, Casa Grande de Xanceda, Cafés Candelas, CAPSA FOOD, CLUN Cooperativa Rural Galega, CONGALSA, S.L., GADISA, Grupo Nueva Pescanova, PEREIRA, Leche Celta, Quescrem, Fundación Juana de Vega, AGACA and ANFACO-CECOPESCA.
The selected startups will be categorized into two programs: 5 will be placed in the consolidation program (ANFOOD, GRADHOC, PERUSIÑAS, Petit Papao Bio, and SALMOIRA), while 10 will join the acceleration program (AGROLINK, AMARELA LEAF WHEY, BENIU, REMOLONAS, EMPROMAR, FRUIWA, IMPACT UPCYCLED, NTENTE, PASTORAL, and SIMBIOSIS ACUICOLA).
Each participating startup will receive specialized and financial support, access to training, coaching, technical services, customized infrastructure, and resources. Access the full article:
